Denver, Colorado, Criminal Defense Lawyer
An experienced criminal defense attorney, I have had my share of successes. It gives me a feeling of great satisfaction when someone wrongly accused of a crime or mistreated by the authorities is cleared of the charges against him or her. I am criminal defense attorney Christopher T. Braddock. I have been defending clients for over 13 years and can help you.
Some of my success stories include:
A client was charged with assault after defending others in a bar. This client was charged with assault, proceeded to trial and found not guilty.
While in a position of trust, a client was charged with sexual assault on a child. His case was dismissed at a preliminary hearing.
A client was charged with attempted murder. He was identified as the shooter by a jailhouse informant who was offered a "sweetheart deal" in exchange for his testimony. On the day of trial, the case was dismissed.
A client was accused of sexual assault, but after thorough investigation by my office, charges were never filed.
A client was indicted in a meth transportation ring. I was able to separate this client from the other co-defendants and one month before trial, the case was dismissed.
A client was charged with sexual assault. Originally, he was offered a sentence of 4 years to life in Prison. After an exhaustive investigation, he was offered probation.
At my criminal defense law office, I will strive to maintain my track record of success. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please contact me.
